1. Booking and Usage:

• - Daily bookings provide you with access to the studio for the time slot you select.
• - Bookings are non-transferable, meaning you cannot transfer your booking to another person.
• - If you need to reschedule, you must follow the rescheduling policy outlined in the terms and conditions:
  • - Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • - Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the booking cost.

2. Payment and Fees:

• - Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• - All costs are listed on our booking page and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• - Cancellations made within 24 hours after booking are eligible for a full refund minus the booking's total processing fee (3%).
• - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund minus the booking's total processing fee (3%).
• - Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking are subject to a 50% refund minus the booking's total processing fee (3%).
• - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• - No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Rescheduling:

• - You are permitted to reschedule your studio sessions up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the booking cost.

5. Liability and Safety:

• - You are responsible for the safety and conduct of all participants during your booking.
• - Any damage to the studio or equipment caused by negligence or misuse will incur additional charges.
• - One One Nine Studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during your session.
• - We recommend obtaining your own insurance to cover any potential liabilities.

6. Conduct and Responsibility:

• - The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any excessive cleaning required will result in an additional fee.
• - You are responsible for all setup and breakdown of equipment within your booked time slot.
• - Any illegal activities or behaviors deemed inappropriate by management will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Studio Equipment and Add-Ons:

• - Basic studio equipment such as lights, stands, and modifiers are included in your booking. Backdrop changes are available for an extra fee.
• - All add-ons must be requested and paid for at the time of booking or before the session starts.

8. Arrival and Departure:

• - Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced studio time.
• - Your session must end on time to accommodate subsequent bookings. Overstaying will incur additional charges.

9. Studio Availability:

• - Studio availability is subject to prior bookings. We recommend scheduling your sessions in advance to secure your desired time slots.
• - In the unlikely event that One One Nine Studio needs to cancel your booking, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your session at no additional cost.

10. Usage Limitations:

• - The studio is intended for lawful purposes only. Any illegal activities or behaviors deemed inappropriate by management will result in immediate termination of your session without refund.
